Mission/Purpose:

The mission of the Greater Pentecostal Temple Dance Ministry is to usher in the Holy Spirit through dance before the coming of God's Word. To encourage the Saints of God. To be active in the local community outreach. To function as mentors, encourage spiritual growth and personal development in God.

 

 

There are several dance groups that minister here at GPT.  We have Perfect Praise (ages 10-18), God's Glory (ages 19-39), God's Grace (ages 40 and up), Men of Worship (ages 12 and up).

 

The Praise and Worship Dancers minister during morning service on the 1st, 4th, and 5th Sundays (and some special programs) along with the Praise and Worship team at the beginning of service to sweetened the atmosphere.  The Choreography Pool was established to continue development of those dance ministry members who have choreographed or shown a desire to choreograph.  The pool also helps to develop our mass dances, ministered by our combined dance ministries.
