Women: We Need Each Other

This is an open letter to the women of Greater Pentecostal Temple:

    Under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Marvin E. Donaldson, Greater Pentecostal Temple has accomplished some amazing things. In the more than 30 years since he has taken the pastorship of this little church on the corner, GPT has grown by leaps and bounds. Where there was once a modest church, there now stands a million dollar edifice. What once only held a couple hundred people, now is home to more than 2,000 members. But there is still more work to do.  And as Bishop always says, everything we need is in the house.

    And that means you! 

    The Women’s Ministry of GPT is gearing up to do some new and exciting things in this coming year and the years ahead and you are a big part of that move. A very largest component to the success of the ministry is knowing what YOU want, so we need your input. We need you to support the efforts of the ministry and provide feedback. We need you to pray. We need to participate.

    So join us as we endeavor to bring the women of God up to the place that God is calling them. Join us as we strive to bring the house of God in alignment to the Word of God. Follow us as we follow Christ and are made stronger by our bond.

Women’s Fellowship
Saturday, June 19, 2010  10:00a.m. – 1:00p.m.

 The Greater Pentecostal Temple Women’s Department is ready to step into the next dimension. As we walk together in God’s anointing, we all play a vital role in the success of the ministry. We are women called out of darkness, unto the marvelous light of Jesus Christ. We must walk in obedience, unity, love, peace, & respect. We must all be willing to follow and abide in the perfect love and will of God.

MISSION

Our mission is to work in unity & love, while striving for perfection in Christ Jesus. We must commit ourselves with a willingness and readiness to excel to new and higher levels in Jesus Christ.

PURPOSE

Our purpose is to unite ALL WOMEN in ministry to come into the full knowledge of truth and holiness in all manner of conversations. We must be ready to move as Jesus commands.

For we are laborers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building. (I Corinthians 3:9)
